Healthy and Better Breakfast

More research that shows simple changes to your breakfast will help your overall health.
Replacing a low-fibre breakfast cereal with a high-fibre variety keeps people feeling fuller for longer and reduces kilojoule intake at both breakfast and lunch, says research published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition.
The study also found that a high-fibre breakfast cereal reduces plasma glucose levels before and after lunch, which can help reduce the risk of developing type 2 diabetes.
So, swap your rice puffs to rolled oats and reap the benefits.
