Healthy Eating Diet in New Era

In today society, we are in the pursuit of longevity and health recipe. Scientists found that regular exercise, normal daily routine, such as to maintain a happy mood, of course, will help slow down the aging, but the most basic way control key is still in the anti-aging diet.


Everytime we will take food or drink just because of our desire to eat or drink for that particular food or drink. Irregardless the benefit toward our  health.  Physiologically, more vegetables, more fruit and more fiber, nutrient-rich, can promote digestion; psychologically, it promote more moderate and more patience mood. 

According to Medical & Science research : 50% reduction of consumption of meat, dairy farm products (cheese, yogurt, etc.) and eggs, can reduce 45% of heart disease; if totally do not eat these foods, you can reduce 90% of heart disease rate.


High-fiber foods only need 20 to 30 hours to pass through the digestive tract, but low in fiber, high fat diet need 80-100 hours. The backlog of high-fat foods for a long time in the gut, not only will cause greater amounts of bacteria growth, but the human body into carcinogenic bile salts in the toxin to accumulate in the body.


The way to good health :
Vegetarian diet is full of high fiber, vitamins, minerals and plants compound, and with antioxidant ingredients, low energy density, the nutrient density higher than meat or fish nutrition. Therefore promote better health care and prevention of chronic diseases, and also help to slow down aging.Vegetarian diet can slightly alkaline our blood, improve metabolism. Therefore help our body to burn fat and sugar. It really a good natural way of slimming . Besides this, it will increase organs functionally active, improve our skin become soft, smooth and rosy.


"Vegetarian diet pyramid" advocates nutritional balance can help reduce the contracted many diseases such as cancer, heart disease, obesity, osteoporosis and some chronic degenerative disease.
We can find a lot of nutrients in the plants. But to take in different types of food , we need to take into account of the quality and quantity of the food. Each meal should include 5 types colour of vegetables and fruit such as white, red, yellow, green and black.  Each colour of vegetable and fruit carries different of nutrient. It is good to replace starchy food with fresh vegetable and fruit.


It is advisable to choose 3 low and one high food: low fat, low salt, low sugar, high fiber; try to avoid for deep fried food and do not eat too much of processed food or pickled foods.
Finally, we must always remember that "Your Are What You Eat" !
